Shipping & Returns
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. This is how you know your order was received in our system. We will begin to prepare your order.
Typically orders will ship within 3-5 business days, however, during sales & holidays our shipping times may be delayed. Please know we appreciate your patience so much and want to make sure each handcrafted item is made and packaged with our high quality standards.
We are not responsible for any packages that are stolen or lost once scanned and sent out for delivery. All packages that were attempted delivered and waiting pickup at your local post office/ delivery provider are your responsibility, including any taxes or charges that may apply.
Once your package is received, please take the time to inspect them carefully. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately at Jesswanderinggoods@gmail.com. Now the product is in your care. Jess Wandering Goods is not responsible for any bottles breaking or getting damaged. Please be mindful with their delicate nature and store them in safe places to avoid breakages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING | There may be taxes or customs fees that Jess Wandering Goods is unable to calculate or determine into your shipping costs. If fees apply, be aware those fees are the responsibility of the buyers to pay upon delivery of your package.
Returns & Refunds
Please keep in mind all our items are handcrafted- and a great deal of time & energy goes into making each one. That being said any unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of receiving. Please email : Jesswanderinggoods@gmail.com, otherwise all sales are final.
